    Jason A. Wise, 33, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Michael J. Conley, 49, of 1117 Ocean Ave., Apt. 3A, New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and threatening.

    Groton Town

    Nora A. Bartnicki, 25, of Lisbon, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Lucy T. Tello, 36, of 23 Ann St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility.

    Dawn Fricano, 49, of 56 Hynes St., E2, Groton, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and falsely reporting an incident.

    Raisa Gonzalez, 21, of Bridgeport, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer.

    Edward Santos, 23, of Ansonia, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

    Linda M. Hoyos, 24, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Monday with fraudulent use of a credit card and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

    Staci Bateman, 30, of 51 Sherman St. was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Miguel Perez, 33, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree trespass.

    Christopher Brunner, 46, of 186 Ocean Ave. was charged Monday with attempt to possess narcotics and violation of probation.

    Tasha S. Strzeszkowski, 28, of 44 Fielding Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with attempt to possess narcotics.

    Alexandra Maurice, 21, of 18 W. High St. was charged Monday with attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Alexandra E. Jennes, 21, of 116 D St., Groton, was charged Monday with violation of probation, second-degree failure to appear in court and attempt to possess heroin.

    Sean P. O'Brien, 26, of 11 Grand St., Apt. 3, Niantic, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt to possess heroin.

    Joseph Polizzi, 50, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Steven L. Brown, 39, of 25 Beckwith St. was charged Monday with possession of heroin and attempted sale of heroin.

    Frederick Paqua, 51, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
