    Not that hard

President Trump explains that Puerto Rico is surrounded by an ocean, “a big ocean” he said, “which has made relief efforts difficult.”

With any planning, U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships could have been loaded and ready to go as soon as Hurricane Maria passed. Then, helicopters could deliver supplies anywhere, as in Vietnam, regardless of roads.

Would that Trump had been tweeting about FEMA’s failure to plan rather than football players' not saluting to his taste.
