Westerly — Ocean House Management, which operates the Ocean House, the Watch Hill Inn and the Weekapaug Inn, all in Westerly, announced it will add Blantyre, a Lenox, Mass., property, to its portfolio.

In partnership with Blantyre’s new owner, Linda S. Law and Blantyre Hotel Ventures, OHM will re-launch the Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star property in April following a multimillion-dollar renovation.

Nestled on 110 scenic acres, the countryside estate was modeled after a Scottish mansion and opened in 1902.

“Blantyre’s transformation will honor its rich heritage and will marry classic design with modern conveniences and amenities,” OHM said in a news release. “The aesthetics will reflect old world glamour with chic and comfortable touches throughout the resort’s public spaces, eight Main House Suites, 11 Carriage House Suites, and four expansive Cottages.”
