Joshua Thompson, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and three counts of parole violation.
Kyle B. Dubciky, 35, of 67 Wildwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and possession of narcotics.
Kenneth Edwards, 57, of Old Town, Fla., was charged Friday with breach of peace.
Christopher C. Guiteras, 23, of 36 Main St., Groton, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Jonathan D. Herbert, 31, of 212 Summit St. was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane, evading responsibility and interfering with an officer.
William T. Oates, 35, of 471 E. Main St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.
Linda Belanger, 46, of 15½ Town St. was charged Saturday with assault of a public service officer or emergency medical personnel.

Lyanna Talisha Baskerville-Ledbetter, 29, of 49 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and interfering with an officer.
James Joseph Robillard, 18, of 95 Denison Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
