Stonington registrars to hold July 31 voter enrollment session

Stonington — The registrars of voters will hold an enrollment session from noon to 2 p.m. July 31 at Town Hall. The enrollment session is for the purpose of registration and/or enrollment of residents entitled to vote in a state, district or municipal primary.
