Beach workout

Jay Montmeat, of Old Lyme, uses a pull up bar as he works out on Monday, Sept. 10, 2018 at Hole in the Wall Beach in Niantic. "I like to workout here, you can jump in the water after," Montmeat said.  Now retired, he tries to work out almost every day at the beach for about an hour every time.
