David Napoli, 31, of Enfield, Maine, was charged Saturday with failure to stay in lane and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Michelle Hall, 35, of 47 West Coit St., Unit 1, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Chuma Hart, 32, of 19 Belleau Ave. was charged Thursday with having weapons in a vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast, driving without a license, failure to have insurance and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Jonathan P. Dickey, 21, of 32 Maplewood Court was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint.

State police — Montville

Jessica Schroeder, 29, of 400 Oxoboxo Dam Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with travelling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Frank Scalia, 31, of New Milford was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and failure to drive in proper lane.

Noe Lopez-trejo, 27, of 37 Wildwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.
