    Analise Rolon, 18, of 55 Prest St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kevin Rodriguez, 23, of 128 North St., Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Matthew J. Brown, no age listed, of 46-48 Squire St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and failure to illuminate tail lights.

    Anthony Williams, 37, of 56 Oak St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Nashawn Williams, 27, of 56 Oak St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Justin Davenport, 32, of 36 S. Second Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Matthew Barfield, 31, of 321 E. Main St. was charged Friday with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Lisa Charbonneau, 50, of Lebanon, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic signal, driving while using a cellphone and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    John E. Carter, 36, of 83 Washington St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, speeding and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Jeremie Perez, 20, of 88 Chestnut St., Apt. 7, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Deshaun Hope, 26, of 126 Prospect St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with driving without a seatbelt and driving with a suspended license.

    Erika Martinez, 34, of 51 Freeman Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and driving without a license.

    Stonington

    Steven P. Gray, 53, of 72A Beachdale Drive, Voluntown, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with an improper number of headlights and failure to have license plate illuminated.

    Cassandra C. Olesen, 48, of 62E Patricia Ave., North Stonington, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
