Missing Norwich child found safe
Norwich — Norwich police on Thursday evening cancelled a silver alert issued just a few hours earlier for Jacolby Sears and said he was found safe.
Police had classified Jacolby, 10, as an endangered runaway. He had been reported missing since Thursday.
