    Police logs - March 13, 2019

    Norwich

    Kimberly Cygnarowicz, 34, of 31 South B St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry license and failure to display plate.

    Ryann Pridham, 42, of 27 Mopsic St., A11, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andrew Kendziecski, 59, of 19 Park St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Travis Prudhomme, 21, of 495 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Sean Nelson, 48, of 622 E. Main St. was charged Tuesday with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of more than one kilogram of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    State police — Montville

    John Fraser, 31, of New Haven was charged Sunday in Griswold with reckless driving, driving while under suspension and failure to drive right.

    Earlene Dudley, 38, of 10 Flyers Drive, Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville on a warrant for speeding, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, sale of narcotic substance, possession of controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, interfering with an officer or resisting arrest and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Shane Delaney, 23, of Plainfield was charged Saturday in Lisbon with driving without minimum insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

    Stonington

    Michael J. Riegel, 27, of 65 Miller Road, Preston, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Webster M. Scott, 57, of 58 Denison Ave., New London, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Matthew M. Santiago, 39, of 19 Lathrop Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

    Waterford

    Niomi Gonzalez, 27, of 237 3rd Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with failure to illuminate rear plate and driving when license is suspended.

    Filicia Barras, 24, of 7 Williams St., New London was charged Sunday with driving when license is refused/suspended/revoked, misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

    Jason Scott, 41, of Willimantic was charged Monday with failure to display or return or improper use or obstruction of or having damaged plates, misuse of plates, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements and driving without a license.

    Elijah Hamlin, 29, of 150 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
