    Groton City police charge four with prostitution-related offenses

    Groton -- City police say they charged four people with prostitution-related offenses during an operation at a local motel Thursday.

    Police said the operation, which involved the FBI and other area police departments, was directed at locating and identifying victims of child exploitation and trafficking as well as those who profit off them.

    Police charged Ryan Sealy, 19, of 1796 Glasgo Road, Griswold, and Mackenzie Boudreau, 22, of 155 Midway Oval, Groton with prostitution.

    Mark Sullivan, 59, of 89 East Ave., Westerly, was charged with patronizing a prostitute and Julian Niewiaroski, 21, of Silver Springs, Md., was charged with patronizing a prostitute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Police said the investigation is continuing.
