    New London

    Kendall Scott, 22, of Mashpee, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and assault on a police officer.

    Lisa Lozada, 44, of 127 Hempstead St., Unit 813, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear and violating a protective order.

    Ariana Gonzalez, 18, of 41 Eastern Ave. was charged Friday with driving without insurance, engaging officers in a pursuit, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey a stop sign, reckless driving, evading responsibility and disobeying an officer's signal.

    David Santos, 43, of Meriden was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Norwich

    Zoe Gatch, 35, of 238 Broad St. was charged Thursday with two counts of risk of injury, and third-degree assault.

    Ronald S. Thomas III, 31, of 30 Elizabeth St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    State police — Montville

    Brenda Noemi Cruz, 19, of 8 E. Baltic St., Unit O, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry registration or insurance card, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.

    Daniel R. Butler, 34, of 116 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.

    David L. Pendergast, 42, of 24 N. Fifth Ave, Unit 210, Norwich, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Jared Aldon Bean, 30, of 50 Roosevelt Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brittany Elizabeth Main, 25, of 36 Three Acre Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Mark Ingves, 40, of 115 Massachusetts Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive right and improper turn.

    Waterford

    John Lambert, 54, of Central Falls, R.I., was charged Friday with attempt to commit a crime, third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.
