    Tiffany Yard, 36, of 270 Crystal Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    James Wise, 32, of 855 Bank St. was charged Thursday with interfering with police.

    Norman Gillette, 52, of 3 Spithead Road, Apt. 3, Waterford, was charged Thursay with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Taylor Nye, 29, of 13 Washington St., Apt. 7, was charged Thursday with attempted possession of narcotics.

    Kilie McGahn, 38, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stanley Bellinger, 29, of Queens, N.Y., was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening.

    Philip Hawthorne, 38, of 13 Hunters Road, was charged Friday with interfering with police.

    Jacob Serwinski, 35, of 120 Cliff St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and possesion of narcotics.

    Suzanne Perrault, 46, of Pomfret, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Alexis Flores, 19, of 13 Larry St. was charged Saturday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Genese N. Martinez, 38, of Manchester, was charged Friday in Preston with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Alexy J. Carrucini, 28, of East Hartford, was charged Friday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
