New London a beautiful sight at night
I recently moved to an apartment overlooking the Thames River, on the Groton side, across from the City Pier in New London and I must admit, New London is beautiful at night!
Plus, there’s the tugboats and the ferries coming in and out and every now and then a huge cargo ship docks up to the state pier. At night the trains go by tooting their horns; it looks like a toy train set with the Gold Star Bridge in the background. But the best part is the sunsets and the seagulls. I never really appreciated the beauty of a seagull in flight, awesome!
