    Groton Town

    Rebecca Rosario, 33, of 28 Cobblestone Drive was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    David R. Zegeer, 42, of 126 Shewville Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and Friday with evading responsibility, assault of a public safety, emergency medical, transit or health care personnel and violation of a protective order.

    John E. Sebastian-Mahon, 27, of 2 Concord Court was charged Monday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Micah D. Johnson, 37, of 184 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, improper turn/stop - no signal, failure to display lights and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

    Rachel A. Frazzo, 24, of 292 Old Evarts Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Guadalupe Varela-Monge, 42, of 5 Central Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signals.

    Edwin Martinez, 34, of 26 Midway Oval was charged Saturday with operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Brittany M. Caras, 34, of 25 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Robert C. King, 42, of Griswold was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Justin L. Smith, 34, of 39 Indian Field Road was charged July 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Clayton Denny, 43, of 14 Home St. was charged July 5 with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal trespass.

    Morris Frost, 57, of 226 Ocean Ave. was charged July 5 with interfering with an officer.

    Ronnie Rogers, 25, of 153 Branford Ave., Groton City, was charged July 6 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kyle Dubicki, 37, of 67 Wildwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged July 2 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Joseph Debendet, 53, of East Haven was charged July 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Tia Pires, 25, of 20 Concord Court, Groton, was charged July 6 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Ashlee Smith, 23, of East Haddam was charged July 3 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Kimberly Brown, 39, of 87 Cliff St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Justis S. Little, 25, of 31 Ninth St., Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Mariyah Gonzalez, 19, of 26 Russ Sim Heights, Groton, was charged June 27 with breach of peace.

    Kaylah Beauchamp, 18, of 187 Plain Hill Road was charged June 28 with breach of peace.

    Madelane L. Derico, 31, of Willimantic was charged July 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended registration or license, failure to drive right and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Nicole N. Scelza, 32, of 1039 Route 163, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with four counts of violation of probation.

    Manuel Rivera, 34, of 37 Penobscot St. was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Alyssa A. Urbinati, 24, of 222 W. Thames St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.
