Together, we can bring hope to fruition
It's said 20/20 represents normal vision. However, 2020 has been anything but a normal year. With the COVID-19 pandemic, racial unrest, high unemployment, political upheaval, and catastrophic weather events, none of us has likely gone unscathed. It is crucial, at this time, for us to try to maintain hope. Most of us can control only our own actions, and some are unfortunately unable to do even that. Importantly, we can commit ourselves to do as much as we can for our families and our neighbors to maintain the glimmer of hope that the United States is more than a location. Rather, it is a country that needs to be united in its determination to bring us back together. Only with our personal efforts to make a positive change will we be likely to bring the goal of hope to fruition.
