Carelton W. Reid, 22, of 36 Morgan St., Stonington, was charged Friday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with minors in the vehicle, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Frantz Nerette, 20, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Jan. 8 with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.
