I am writing for you to print this letter to let people know about Walmart gift cards. Others and I received Walmart gift cards for Christmas. Some went shopping at Walmart the next day to find out the cards had zero balance on them, called the number on the back of the cards, talked to a Walmart representative and the person stated the cards were hacked from different states and they were not honoring them (which meant we were not getting our money back).

Walmart company could care less about their customers. It is a shame that the seniors, adults and children were out of things, toys and food, for what the gift cards were for, because Walmart would not honor the cards.
