Are you a big fan of small plates?

I have to be in the right mood to enjoy tapas dining. Thankfully, that was the case when we went to Twisted Vine in Westerly. As I said in a review of the new restaurant, which you can read here, small plates dining is all about sampling and sharing. Sometimes, though, you can feel like you spent a lot of money and left hungry.

Dev's on Bank is another popular tapas restaurant. As Kathleen Edgecomb reported last week, Dev's has moved one door down into an old Chinese restaurant at 357 Bank St. I look forward to trying the newest version of Dev's.
