New Britain - A convicted sex offender who claims he raped dozens of children was sentenced to 10 years in prison for having child pornography on his computer. New Britain Superior Court Judge Joan Alexander said Paul Grimsley, 31, of New Britain needs intensive psychological treatment and was likely to offend again if given a chance. Grimsley also was ordered on Wednesday to register on the state's sex offender list for life. Grimsley was convicted in 2002 of molesting a child when he lived in Torrington.
