Morningstar Figueroa, 23, of 254 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

Andrea L. Keen, 30, of 30 West Main St., Baltic, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with reckless driving, evading responsibility and driving a motor vehicle with no insurance.
