Stephen Pappas, 44, of 14 Ridgewood Ave., Waterford, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

Shawn Lacey, 25, of 231 Vauxhall St., was charged Friday with two counts of violation of probation.

Andrew Ivan, 29, of 76 Summer St., was charged Saturday with violation of a protection order.

Christopher Kelly, 21, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Shea Andersen, 22, of 48 Rose Lane, Groton, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larry Miliner, 40, of 89 Chestnut Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.
