Kristoff the Magician entertains Friday at La Grua's Virtual Happy Hour
Those fascinated by sorcery, sleight-of-hand and the art of illusion probably know that, for magicians, induction into Hollywood's Magic Castle is the equivalent of a ballplayer enterting Cooperstown. If, that is, Cooperstown had hidden doors, mirror mazes and several civilians transformed into butterflies as part of Happy Hour amusement by the relaxing wizards. Speaking of such things,
Stonington's La Grua Center presents a Virtual Happy Hour with Kristoff the Magician at 5 p.m. tonight. Kristoff is indeed a member of the Magic Castle, and honed those skills as a performer working his way through college and law school. Enjoy a refreshing beverage and some snacks whilst you watch, but don't get too close to your computer screen. Kristoff might pull you into a previously unknown dimension.
