Thriller trio sign at Bank Square Books on Tuesday
Why attend an author luncheon if there’s only one writer there? Seriously.
Okay, yes — if it’s Gabriel Garcia Marquez, just one novelist IS enough, and not just because he’s dead.
Consider this, though: on Tuesday in Mystic’s Bank Square Books, three rising, very accomplished thriller writers are featured at the same gathering. And, yes, food’s part of the whole deal. Consider the lineup and their latest titles:
Holly LeCraw’s “The Half Brother” is a captivating, school-set bit of New England gothic that’s drawing comparisons to the greatness of Pat Conroy; James Scott’s “The Kept” was Amazon’s Debut Thriller of 2014; and Kimberly McCreight’s “Where They Found Her” is the latest from the mega-bestselling author of “Reconstructing Amelia.”
