The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center is accepting scripts for its 11th Annual Young Playwrights Festival to be held May 13 to 15. Applications are due by Monday, Feb. 29.

Selected students can expect a rigorous exploration of their work, assistance from professional artists and full rehearsals with their artistic team.

Plays will be selected on a competitive basis. To be considered, students must be between the ages of 12 to 18 and submit 10 to 15 pages of original work with an application, a completed checklist and two copies of the scripts. Only the work of those able to attend the entire festival will be considered for inclusion.
