Greeking out at NL food fest

Where to begin? The Greek potatoes? The Greek salad? The Greek-style green beans? No. Wait. Let's start with the the pastichio and moussaka and gyros. It doesn't matter what comes first, it's all good at St. Sophia Hellenic Orthodox Church's Spring Food Festival. The fest begins today and runs through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day, at the church's Hellenic Center, 200 Hempstead St., New London. Prices range from $16 for the lamb shanks dinner to $2.50 for Greek-style potatoes. For more details, call (860) 442-2377.
