THURSDAY

Todd English will host his own seated dinner featuring a live show by O.A.R.’s Marc Roberge, 6:30 p.m.

TAO Japanese Whisky Dinner, at 5 and 6:30 p.m. at TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge.

Ferrand Cognac & Cigar Pairing, 8 p.m. at Clay Pipe Cigar Bar

FRIDAY

“Summer House” reality stars Kyle Cook and Amanda Batula host the Sun’s “Toast with the Host” at 9 p.m., novelle; tickets $50 in advance, $65 on Friday.

Beam & Burgers, Chef Chad Rosenthal, Chef Mike Puma and Gotham Burger Social Club team up with Beam Suntory, Inc. for this event, 6-9 p.m., Earth Ballroom; tickets $100 in advance, $125 on Friday

Grand Tasting Preview, where people guests can sample a variety of wine, beer, and spirits, along with dishes from some of the region's top restaurants, 8-10 p.m., Earth Expo Center; tickets $100 in advance, $125 on Friday, $40 for designated drivers

SATURDAY

Grand Tasting, featuring more than 1,000 types of wine, beer and spirits, along with food from regional restaurants and demos from celebrity chefs, noon-5 p.m., Earth Expo Center; VIP hour 11 a.m.-noon; $150 in advance, $160 on Saturday, $40 for designated drivers.

Vintage Cru, taste top-of-the-line vintages and meet the winemakers; hosted by chefs Rocco DiSpirito and Christian Petroni, 4-6 p.m., Earth Ballroom; sold out.

Pappy Van Winkle Tasting, tastings of Pappy Van Winkle bourbons, 6-8 p.m., Clay Pipe Cigar Bar; sold out.
