The Montville school system needs to get there staff back on the job Superintendent Brian Levesque, high school Principal Jeffrey Theodoss, and Assistant Principal Tatiana Patten.

They got Ryan Fish out of the school. I have a child going to this school; they are always there to help anyone. Their doors are always open. Because of what happened, the school board shouldn't jeopardize these staff members. The press and television news needs to put this away. I have respect for all of these fine members of the school system. Maybe things were not done 100 percent by the book, and they all admit that.

As for Phil Orbe, his comment to a student was no big deal. He knew the student well, knew his family and said something that was laughable. The student understood, they are friends. Why make a big deal out of this? There are certain ways to talk to teenagers and what he said was no cause for what they did to this great, respected staff member.

Things students hear from staff members are nothing they have not heard at home or on the street. All the staff members are there for the students every day. All the kids are loved by the teachers.
