Michelle Royce Williams is a lifelong resident of East Lyme and an active member of the Planning Commission. She serves as chairwoman of the Commission’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POC&D) Steering Committee. The POC&D is an important planning document for all town officials in guiding their future decisions regarding East Lyme’s growth. Michelle is actively engaged in developing this new plan for East Lyme’s next 10 years. One of her goals is to develop a sustainable future for the town, protecting the community’s natural resources, both inland and the coastline, while balancing the need for economic stability and growth.

Michelle brings high energy, positive attitude and a spirit of cooperation to the East Lyme Planning Commission. She is making a positive difference serving on the commission.
