Say no to tolls and stop wasting money

The Lamont transportation fraud. Governor Ned Lamont and any Democrats who support this tolling transportation plan should be ashamed of themselves. First by lying during the campaign about only tolling trucks, and second by raising taxes again instead of spending our money more responsibly.

More taxes (tolls) are not needed as we already pay the fifth highest gas tax in the country and already are the second or third highest taxed state in the country and one of the highest bonded states per capita. Plus, the governor has already stolen the sales tax receipts on cars before it could go in the transportation fund. Plus, we spend the most money per mile in the country for roads.

So I hope our legislators here will vote no until the governor dedicates all the present tax money to transportation that he is supposed to; stops wasting $20 million per year on the New Britain busway subsidies and cuts bureaucratic costs to maybe just in the top half instead of being number one.

We need to spend more responsibly instead of stealing residents' money again and again. It didn't work for Gov. Malloy, it won't work for Lamont, and it definitely doesn't work for Connecticut residents.
