I read this in “Uncle John's Ultimate Bathroom Reader” and find that it is very suited for this drive to defund the police departments across the nation. It is a comment made by the late great Frank Zappa. "It would be easier to pay off our national debt overnight than to neutralize the long-range effects of our national stupidity".
