Mystic Art Association is irresponsible homeowner

For those of us who see the eyesore every day, the lack of upkeep of the house on Bindloss and River Road in Mystic is irresponsible behavior on The Mystic Art Association's part. If The Mystic Art Association wants to act responsibly, they would figure out an approach to paint this house and improve the grounds. Instead, they do nothing about a house they own on one of the most scenic roads in the region.

Mystic Art Association, get it together, you need to do something to improve this home site.
