I have no problem with Montville mayor receiving a substantial pay raise. I do take offense that many Montville residents struggle every day, some unemployed with little or no job prospects. The timing of this raise is ludicrous. Higher gas prices, higher taxes, higher energy cost, now another tax increase. Oh, I forgot whose in power; the tax and spending people.
