So we face another election year in North Stonington. Will you vote? If so, whom will you vote for? Have you looked at the candidates? Do you know what their platform is on our schools, agriculture, sustainability, taxes and climate change? These are all issues that are impacting our town today. Who represents you and is looking out for the future of our community?

Mark Donahue is currently a selectman who does an excellent job with a cool head and as a mediator. He understands the regulations and the policies and keeps an even balance. At a recent fundraising event, Mark gave an inspiring speech. We need leadership like Mark's to be able to effectively deal with the challenges ahead. We need Mark to stay on the board.
