Cate Steel will seek creactive transit solutions

The famous Henry Ford said, "focus on the solution, not the ailment."

What does our region need? What can help us literally move?

The link here (https://www.cbpp.org/research/state-budget-and-tax/its-time-for-states-to-invest-in-infrastructure) provides dramatic data demonstrating the investment potential of Public Private Partnerships (a better PPP) to help establish improved transportation lines. Transit-oriented development is a key point that will improve our regional economy, connect us better to other parts of the state, and create meaningful jobs in the process. This is one very specific reason that I am strongly supporting someone I know well, Cate Steel, and her candidacy as the next state representative of East Lyme and Salem.

I personally have seen a well-thought-out, 288-page plan that lays out the logistical work to see this happen in the beloved town of East Lyme. Imagine being able to easily avoid the traffic on I-95 and quickly arrive where you want to be! Imagine the numerous jobs and increased tax revenue generated through the investment! Imagine!

Please get on the Cate Steel train.

    Irving Steel

    East Lyme
