As a daughter of a former 38th district State Representative, Hugh M. MacKenzie, 1953-1963, I urge my fellow voters to re-elect State Representative Kathleen McCarty to her 5th consecutive term representing the 38th District, Waterford, and Montville.

Kathleen’s proven ability to represent her constituents and advocate for them with both Democrats and Republicans for her region’s best interest reflects her ongoing dedication to the residents of her district. The relationships Kathleen has built in the General Assembly take years to foster and it is imperative during these challenging times to sustain Kathleen’s efforts for the betterment of our district.
