Thank you President Carter

As an ABC News Correspondent, based in Atlanta from 1977-1983, I had the honor of covering President Carter during his frequent trips to his home in Plains, Georgia.

President Carter is a man of great faith, intelligence, decency and accomplishment.

He was, in the opinion of many, our nation's most brilliant president. Mr. Carter enhanced political ethics, improved our energy and education and appointed more Black judges and key government workers than any other president.

May God bless President Carter and his family.
