Here we are talking constantly about gun violence in America and low and behold a new gun store is opening in a vacant former drug store on Town Street in Norwich. I understand the 2nd amendment but this gives the wrong impression in a city with crime and drug problems. Also it is only a few steps from a large liquor store. Do the property owners even care about the city or are they financially desperate? I would think the neighborhood property owners have a valid planning and zoning complaint with the City of Norwich. This is not a good look for our city.
