    Connecticut needs housing, period

    I do not know the details on the the eviction issue with regards to Ivy Court (The Day, April 10, “Major landlord’s tactics to force out Groton tenants called ‘abusive.’”)

    However, the real housing issue in this area is the opposition we see in most towns to new housing, especially affordable housing. If more housing of all types were being built, there would be no affordability issue. If God wanted to build a manger in Connecticut for the second coming of Christ, he would never be able to get a building permit.
