Celebration for 'Lights On After School' kids
New London - The Drop-In Learning Center is hosting a celebration Thursday for students who attend the Community Learning & Resource Center.The event, to be held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., will honor students who participate in the "Lights On After School" program at the center at 45 Broad St.
