Shoreline Clinic Zoning Update

The Westbrook Zoning Commission meets Feb. 28 to open the public hearing on Middlesex Hospital's proposal for a zoning text change to add emergency medical clinic as an approved use in TIC-65 zone (the Turnpike Interchange Zone at Exit 65).

Middlesex Hospital is seeking to relocate from Essex to build a new emergency medical clinic on the land it has purchased on Flat Rock Place in Westbrook. The parcels were previously approved for a Stop & Shop grocery store.
