Naval Submarine Base New London Commanding Officer Captain Marc Denno will deliver the main address at the Town Hall and will then lead naval units participating in the parade.

During the parade, Route 32 will be closed from Sarah Drive to the junction of Route 163 from noon until approximately 2:30 p.m. Depot Road will be also closed during the parade hours.

A detour route will lead up Sarah Drive to Raymond Hill Road to Lynch Hill Road to Route 163 and back to Route 32. The detour route will be manned with traffic controllers.
