Dr. Tory Westbrok, 43, of Glastonbury, turned himself into Clinton Police on Sunday, July 29 where he was arrested on 11 separate warrants.

Police arrested Westbrook with 24 counts of sexual assault in the fourth degree, one count of sexual assault in the second degree, and one count of illegally prescribing a narcotic.

Westbrook posted a $1.1 million bond and appears in Middletown Superior Court today at noon. The arrests come as part of an ongoing investigation involving the Connecticut States' Attorney's office, the Medicaid fraud unit, the Middletown States Attorney's office, state and federal drug control, the East Hampton Police Department, the Manchester Police Department, and Troop F state police.

Westbrook, formerly a doctor at Communty Health Center, East Main Street, Clinton, had previously been arrested in June and charged with seven counts of sexual assault. He currently has a case pending in Middletown Superior Court for those charges.
