    Last estate planning forum set for Tuesday

    Stonington — The last in a series of four events designed to demystify the probate and estate planning process will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Stonington Free Library.

    Attorneys Wade Jensen and Kathryn Guinan and Southeastern Regional Probate Judge Nicholas Kepple will conduct a panel discussion on conservatorships to help manage someone’s health or finances and the potential implications of Medicaid (Title XIX) on estate planning. They also will answer questions.

    The series is being co-sponsored by the Southeastern Connecticut Regional Probate District, the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Southeast Connecticut, Dime Bank, Chelsea Groton Financial Services and Washington Trust.
