BACKUS TO HOLD PROGRAM ON GASTRO DISORDERS

The William W. Backus Hospital will host "Calm Your Colon: Crohn's, Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome," from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 12 in the hospital's entry-level conference rooms.

Dr. Shivani Sood and Dr. Jefrey Salek, gastroenterologists on the Backus medical staff and at Norwich GI Associates, will present the program. They will discuss the symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders, diagnoses and treatments and answer questions.
