Norwich postpones charter revision hearing

Norwich — The first public hearing hosted by the Charter Revision Commission, scheduled for Thursday, has been postponed in anticipation of the next winter storm.
Commission Chairman Les King announced that the first hearing now will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 13 in Room 335 at City Hall.
