“Young at Art” features local student artists

Mystic Museum of Art’s annual student exhibition “Young at Art” is now on view to bring out the kid in everyone. Students ages 18 and younger from around New London County and southern Rhode Island are showcased in this exhibition, ranging from paintings and photography to sculptures and mixed media pieces.
The annual show, on display through April 14, is part of the museum’s commitment to fostering community creativity and use art to advance learning in school. For more information, call (860) 536-7601. The museum is located at 9 Water St. in Mystic.
