Groton residents Grace Moriarty and Nicole Lawton have been named April Students of the Month at Saint Bernard School.

Moriarity, a sixth-grader, plays for the school lacrosse, cross-country and basketball teams. Lawton participates in tennis, international club, several honor society and her brother’s Boy Scout troop.

Both students were noted for being kind, hardworking and exhibiting Xaverian values.
