    Otis Library kicks off holiday season

    Norwich — Otis Library kicked off the holiday season with its 10th annual O'tis a Festival on Saturday.

    The holiday bazaar brings together local artisans along with entertainment. In addition to the dozens of vendors, Santa made an appearance and the Mystic Garland Dancers, Norwich Tech Concert Chorus, Pat Kirkland and the Chestnut Street Playhouse singers performed.
