Norwich Salvation Army seeks kettle drive volunteers
Norwich — The Norwich Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to help with the annual kettle fund drive on Mondays and Tuesdays this holiday season.
Volunteers are needed for shifts from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 2 to 7 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays to ring bells and staff donation kettles outside the Norwich and Lisbon Walmart stores and the Norwich and Montville Stop & Shop stores. Volunteer groups or individuals who can do partial shifts also would be welcome.
The Norwich Salvation Army serves Norwich, Griswold and Preston and has a kettle drive goal of $45,000 this year.
